Thesis
Design engineer Steven Sasson invented the digital camera in 1975 while working for Eastman Kodak. Through the creation of his camera, people could digitally capture and store images; his process was quicker than using film and contributed to the evolution of communication. The digital camera broke barriers by changing how companies produced cameras and revolutionizing communication through smartphones and social media by using quick methods of displaying photos that could be seen around the world.
